I first want to apologize to all you guys who have been reading this blog over the last few weeks. Looking back this morning I realized that even the good stories have some sort of negative voice attached to them. I'm sorry. Guess I've been using the blog to vent mostly and that's not my intent.... I started this blog so that our family and friends who live both near and far would be able to keep up with the girls and all that is going on in our lives, as well as intending it to be a baby book of sorts. In that light, I'll try to continue on in a much more positive manner... I certainly don't want the girls to read one day and think that all I ever did was complain about them to the world!!
On to my next reason for this post... I am really curious who is reading here. I can view my stats and know how many, where from, how many times you are visiting each day, etc, but what I don't know is WHO ARE YOU? I'm fairly new to the blogging world, but apparently once a year there is what they call a de-lurking day where in bloggers ask all the people who are "lurking" on their sites to leave them a comment. I missed the official "de-lurking day"... it was the 10th I think, but I figure this is my blog and I can do it now instead, right? I personally know of only a hand full of people and then that many more whom I've met virtually who read the blog daily, and yet we have about 80 different people checking in on us daily... sometimes multiple times a day. Who are the rest of you?? How did you find our little blog? What brings you back here, because it's certainly not been my attitude in the last few weeks? Just curious... so if you don't mind terribly, please leave me a comment and let me know who you are, how you found us, and why you keep coming back. It really isn't hard to do! Please?!?

I am here reading and I really enjoy it. I think I found the blog from an ATM post of yours. I also see that you have been on the blogs that you read. I hope you enjoy it. Kirstin
I just like reading your posts so that when I am at my wits end with my two, I can know that I could be in your shoes with four. HA HA. Love ya LeAnne
You know I'm always here, and I know you are always on my blog. We are bloging together.
PS: We really need to plan a playdate together. Have the opened the new cabbage patch hospital yet? I really want to take my girls, but I want to wait until the new one is open. Can they handle 6 toddlers and one preschooler?

Hey MaryBeth, I check in on you every time I go to my own blog, which is at least once a day. I love to see what y'all are up to. Not to mention, I'm fascinated by anything to do with baby raising which you have x4! My best to you all and yours always. Blogging rules.
Love,
Lindsey
MB,
You know I check up on "Babyland" every day...
You haven't sounded negative...you sound "realistic"...some blogs paint the "perfect household" picture everyday...give me a break...
Thanks for "keeping it real"...
Mary Beth-
I love to read the blog. I think it is so great you are taking the time to do this for your family and friends! And, don't be hard on yourself! You are being honest!
I would love to meet all the girls in person one day (when we move back across the ocean)!
Hi, MB; I surely do like seeing pictures of youall, and rezading about what everyone is doing! My laptop crashed, so it's an extra added incentive for me to get to work to see what's new with you all!
Hi MB,
As bad as I am at keeping in touch in a 'real' way, I like to see what your little(big?!) bunch is up to. You have always carried yourself with such grace and patience, and I can see it very much in the way you write about your children.

Hey its kelli C. To be real honest I don't check the blog everyday, cause most of the time I am right in the middle of all the action!!(and I love every min. of it.)But on days like today when I start going through withdrawls (its been 4 whole days
:(!!!! I check in on the blog just to make sure I am up to speed on all the happenings when I see you guys again. I am sooooo blessed! Thank yall!!
I check in 3-4 times a week to see what insights I can gain on parenting 4 girls. Since my triplet girls are about 1 year behind yours in age I like to hear what to expect in my near future.
Thanks for all your help! We appreciate everything and have enjoyed meeting your family.
JMT
Hi MB! I love your stories and as always I get great ideas from you.
Hello, I am de-lurking! I come from my Aunt's blog (the Dairy Wife) and I've checked in a few times. I've really gotten into the blogging thing as of lately, and I love looking around at all the wonderful readings there are in the [cyber]world. I absolutely love your stories and the sweet pictures of your little girls. And don't worry - your stories are the furthest thing from negetive. They're so funny & cute! Take care & God Bless
~Amanda~
Hi Mary Beth,
We check in with the family a few times a week from Leadville, CO We keep saying we are going to make a trip to visit but till than this is a great way to see the girls grow up and see what y'all are up to. And by the way you have not sounded negative just the life of a mother. Georgia
i love your blog. as you know I also have triplets the same age and am expecting number four any day now.
the blog posts where everything is not going peachy keen are always the best to read and are easy to relate to.
Hi Mary Beth,
I just read your comment on my blog. Your right it is crazy with 4 toddlers. I love it about 95% of the time, but there are days I could easily give them away, at least for a few hours. I can't wait to read more of your blog to find out more about you and your family. Hopefully the kids will keep napping a little longer. Thanks for posting, it was great to meet you.
Cadi
Hey MB,
We love checking your blog. I sometimes check it 3-4 times just to read all of the great stories between feeding and taking care of my little Emma! Thank you for being such a wonderful example of motherhood.
Hi Marybeth. I look in every chance I get and look forward to actually seeing the girls when you and Scott get up the nerve to make the trip to Thomasville!
Renee JInright
So, this is how you get everyone to finally comment :) Enjoy checking your blog and thanks for saying hi on mine.
Hey MB,
I love the blog so that I can keep up with you and your four beautiful daughters. You are absolutely amazing and I hope that I can be half as good a mom as you are.
Love,
Laura
Hi. I'm not sure how I get here but I have clicked off of someone else's site that I know and then another and so on and I have ended up here a couple of different times. I too like to read so that it makes me manage my two better. www.minishfamily.blogspot.com
So I'm not really a lurker...yet. I just found you guys today, I was checking out Emma Grace on Kim's blog and found it. But I can't wait to read about all I've missed so far. There are some days when I don't know if I'm going to make it with one, I don't see how you do it with four!! I know you get that all the time but it really is an inspiration!!!
Hi Mary Beth, I stumbled in here quite by accident via one who visited my blog and was attracted to the "4 silly sisters". I am from a large family, 4 of which were silly sisters. We had a highly dysfunctional upbringing that seemed from the outside somewhat undisturbed until only recently. Contributing events forced me to detach myself completely from the source of consciously intended harm. Please forgive my brief moment of living vicariously through your precious brood. It kindled in me what life might have been like, had there been the love I sense so deeply, despite your unrequited self-deprecation that you've expressed here for your girls. I guess I was simply attracted to the love. Thank you for giving those of us sneaking around here a chance to feel something good again. A.
MaryBeth -
There's nothing sweeter than the smile of a baby. I so much enjoy the smiles of your 4 - some days, it's just what I need. I never cease to be amazed at what you are doing - true grace under pressure!
I live in Athens GA & work w/ Joan H - she showed me a pic one day & I was hooked. Pam
Hi MaryBeth ... I'm here playing catch up. From one triplet Mom to another, I love reading up on the girls!
